Maybe if the people reviewing the reviews could pass this forward the problem can get fixed. I’m still unsure if it’s the communication between the trainer or it’s the communication between Zwift and trainer or my internet connection for which I have added a WiFi extender and checked my WiFi router and it’s connection to the internet. I’ve used iOS and windows computer system with the same results. I have made sure the firmware is up to date, calibrated, a good internet connection. To be in the middle of a ride and the system looses its connection to where you must restart and begin your ride all over again. Towards the 3rd quarter I started to lose connection with Zwift. I have been using the magnius trainer for a little under a year.
